SEARL of England. Occupation: 'thetcher' (ref Kenton parish records). Married 15 Jan 1697/8, in Kenton Parish, Devon, England, to Sarah HARRIS (ref Kenton parish and IGI records). There are two further baptisms to George Searl in 1708/09 and 1712 (this one having 'thetcher'), however with a wife named Anne, and it is not known whether this George is the same person (ref Kenton parish records). FROM WHOM ELIZABETH SHADE NEE GRIERSON IS DESCENDED. |
