Also lived Brunswick and South Yarra. Annie died 27 Aug 1962 at Melbourne (Vic reg 17326), bur Springvale Crem.. Harry died 16 Jan 1964 at Chelsea (Vic reg 1432). He was buried 20 Jan 1964 age 78 years at The Necropolis, Simmons Lawn, Section CG, Grave No. 77 (ref cemetery records). Issue 4 children from 1912.
3.		Ada Eveline JOHNSON Also known as Ada Evenia (which she signed herself), Ada Evelyn. Born 15 July 1888 at South Yarra (ref Marr Cert) or West Melbourne (Vic reg 23606). Occupation: Home duties. Marr 26 Aug 1911 in Methodist Church, Queensberry St, North Melbourne (Vic reg 6284) to Albert SHADE, son of Theodore Shade and Mary Jane Chinery, born 26 Oct 1887 at Carlton (Vic reg 26795) (ref their Marr Cert). The marriage was in the name of Ada Evenia and her usual residence was North Melbourne, her rank or profession Home Duties and condition Spinster, and her birth place South Yarra. Address: North Melbourne (1911), 12 Bennie Street, Brunswick (1935), 85 Smith St, Thornbury (at death). Albert died 16 May 1935 at Heidelberg (Vic reg 3885) and was buried at Fawkner Cemetery. 6.		Samuel John HANCOCK Born 8 Nov 1905, Zeehan, Tasmania (ref Army records). He served in WW2 in Australian Army, service number VX32300. Enlisted 21 Jun 1940 at West Coburg. Discharged 10 Oct 1945 as Gunner in 2/3 Australian Anti Aircraft Regiment. Believed to have served in the Middle East and New Guinea with his brother Jack in the 7th Division Ak Ak. Believed to have lived at West Coburg, Victoria. Died 1978, Parkville (Vic reg 12335).

8.		Jack Thomas HANCOCK Born 6 Oct 1911, Johannesberg, South Africa (ref Army records). He served in WW2 in Australian Army, service number VX32314. Enlisted 21 Jun 1940 at West Coburg. Discharged 29 Oct 1945 as Private in 2/2 Aust A/A Regt RAA. Believed to have served in the Middle East and New Guinea with his brother Sam in the 7th Division Ak Ak. His next of kin listed as his mother. Died 15 June 1986.
