Marr 26 Aug 1911 in Methodist Church, Queensberry St, North Melbourne (Vic reg 6284) to Albert SHADE, son of Theodore Shade and Mary Jane Chinery, born 26 Oct 1887 at Carlton (Vic reg 26795) (ref their Marr Cert). The marriage was in the name of Ada Evenia and her usual residence was North Melbourne, her rank or profession Home Duties and condition Spinster, and her birth place South Yarra.

Albert died 16 May 1935 at Heidelberg (Vic reg 3885) and was buried at Fawkner Cemetery.

Believed to have served in the Middle East and New Guinea with his brother Jack in the 7th Division Ak Ak.
Believed to have lived at West Coburg, Victoria.
Died 1978, Parkville (Vic reg 12335).
 
7.   George HANCOCK

8.   Jack Thomas HANCOCK

He served in WW2 in Australian Army, service number VX32314. Enlisted 21 Jun 1940 at West Coburg. Discharged 29 Oct 1945 as Private in 2/2 Aust A/A Regt RAA.
Believed to have served in the Middle East and New Guinea with his brother Sam in the 7th Division Ak Ak.
His next of kin listed as his mother.
