In 1863 in Adelaide, Fanny Hemsley married John Holman, and Charlotte Hemsley married Sidney Hake;
the celebrant in both weddings was Dean Russell (see his photo below). Both families had children
born in South Australia until 1868. It is possible that the photos below were of this family and possibly their friends.
