1.   John Thomas BRIMAGE
Born 17 Feb 1816 at St Peter Port, Guernsey.
He was christened 3 Mar 1816 at Town Church, St Peter Port, Guernsey. Witnesses were Jean Samways, Jean Brimage, Marie Ray.
Another name, Charles, appears only on the marriage certificate of son Thomas in Liverpool in 1860, but this was several years after John had left his wife and family.

Married (1) 4 Jul 1833 at St Peter Port, Guernsey to Harriet OUTRIDGE. She was bap 2 Aug 1815 at Newport, Isle of Wight, Hampshire, dau of John & Harriet Outridge (ref FamilySearch).

It appears that John left Harriet and had a relationship with Jane, surname unknown, who was born in Guernsey, and they had children in 1854 in Guernsey and 1861 in Plymouth. No later information is known about these two sons.

Child #18, John Thomas, identified his mother as Sarah Gray at his marriage, but is likely to be a mistake, as there is no Sarah Gray living at Plymouth in the 1881 census, and John's father was living with his wife Mary Netherton at that time.

He was christened 15 Feb 1818 at Town Church, Guernsey. Christening witnesses were Jean Brimage, Jean Samways, Marie Ray.
He died in Sep 1840 in Guernsey. He was buried 24 Sep 1850 at Stranger's Cemetery, Guernsey. At his death his age was given as "Aged 22 Yrs 7 Mths".		  
3.   Mary Ann BRIMAGE
Born 15 Aug 1821 at St Peter Port, Guernsey.
She was christened 12 Sep 1821 at Town Church, Guernsey. Christening witnesses were Jean Rey, Rachel Phillips, Jane Le Gallez.
